Vodafone and 3di Information Solutions worked to improve documentation for One Net Business, Vodafone’s cloud-based unified communications service. As the rollout expanded across four operating companies in different countries, Vodafone needed Help content that could support multiple markets, languages, and feature sets while giving users a better way to find information.

3di Information Solutions used MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare to build the HTML5-based One Net Information Site, with topic-based authoring, single-source publishing, snippets, variables, conditional tags, and TortoiseSVN integration. The result was an award-winning Help website with 1,500-plus reusable topics, faster monthly publishing, fewer errors, and a more consistent Vodafone-branded experience for customers buying, installing, and using One Net Business.
