The Big Salad, a health food restaurant chain, needed a more structured way to update and maintain its employee content as it grew. Its existing OneNote-based repository was too freeform for the company’s need for consistency, confidentiality, and an intuitive user experience across corporate and franchise locations.

The company rolled out the initial implementation in six months, using single-source publishing, conditional tags, Word imports, and role-based access to keep content organized and secure while supporting training with linked YouTube videos.
