Picis standardized on MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare and MadCap Capture to create new technical documentation and Help systems. The company used Flare for single-sourcing, WebHelp, and PDF output, while Capture handled screenshots and graphics; this gave Picis a central source for content and images, reduced manual update work, and helped keep documentation consistent across product lines.
