N-able Technologies Uses MadCap Flare to Modernize Online Help and Documentation

N-able Technologies, a network and systems management software company, wanted to improve its online Help so it matched the quality of its Web-based software. Its documentation team also needed to simplify navigation, streamline publishing and updates, and move away from a PDF-centered process.

Using MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare and MadCap Feedback Server, N-able created a more usable Web Help experience with stronger search and indexing, consistent branding, and easier customization and translation. The company says updates now take one day instead of one week, Web Help is one-tenth the size of its previous solution, and customers have responded positively to the improved documentation.
