Hewlett Packard Enterprise used MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare to modernize its product documentation and make its Application Delivery Management help easier to use on desktop and mobile devices. The company wanted to move away from traditional tripane help, centralize documentation, and improve navigation and content delivery across its online help centers.

Using MadCap Flare and MadCap Analyzer, Hewlett Packard Enterprise created approximately 15 HTML5-based responsive help centers with top navigation, single-source publishing, and reusable content features such as snippets, variables, and conditional tags. MadCap Software helped HPE reduce project build time from more than half an hour to under 10 minutes, streamline delivery across 15 help centers and PDFs, and provide a more intuitive web experience for users.
