Fitness First Group, the world’s largest health and fitness club chain, needed a better way to deliver searchable, intuitive online documentation for its Members First system. Its existing print manuals were difficult to navigate and expensive to update, while the company also needed a simpler way to publish, translate, and let employees contribute to content.

Using MadCap Software’s MadPak ML suite, including MadCap Flare, Contributor, Lingo, and Analyzer, Fitness First Group moved to context-sensitive online documentation in seven languages and dialects. MadCap Software helped the team publish updates in minutes, bring translation in-house, support up to 10 contributing authors, and remove 1,300 unneeded images from documentation, improving file size and quality.
