Fellowship Technologies, a church management software as a service provider, needed a way to create a friendlier, more intuitive web experience for users while reducing the time required to produce web-based Help and print documentation. The team also wanted a way to let more employees contribute content and make it easier to customize materials for different audiences.
Using MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare and MadCap X-Edit, Fellowship Technologies built a single-source content workflow for its Help and documentation. MadCap Software helped the team link Fellowship One directly to web-based Help, produce its annual conference guide in less than one week, and make it more than four times faster than before. The company also added a second Help system, certification project, and training documentation, while integration with Microsoft Team Foundation Server improved collaboration.
