Ektron, a global software provider, needed a more efficient way to deliver documentation that matched how customers actually looked for answers. Its older book-and-chapter approach made content harder to present, and print documentation had to be copied into a separate Web publishing tool.

Using MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare, MadCap Analyzer, and Gold Support, Ektron moved to single-source publishing for print, Web, and mobile Help from one project. MadCap Software helped Ektron create its first mobile Help in less than two weeks, cut Web format output files from 6,297 to 3,192, and reduce project files from 5,455 to 4,038.
