Competitive Capabilities International (CCi), a global management consulting firm, needed a better way to develop and deliver documentation and training materials across multiple formats and in 14 languages. Its previous process relied on manual work across Word, InDesign, and other tools, which made it time-consuming to maintain, customize, and translate content.

CCi implemented MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare, MadCap Lingo, MadCap Analyzer, and MadCap Contributor to centralize single-source publishing, improve collaboration, and reduce translation redundancy. With MadCap Software, CCi now publishes HTML5 Help, PDFs, EPUB files, PowerPoint slides, and other outputs from one system, while also reusing translated content and customizations more efficiently across roughly 500 PDF and EPUB documents and 100 PowerPoint slide decks.
