Cleverbridge, a global e-commerce software provider based in Cologne, Germany, needed a modern online Help site because employees and clients were having trouble navigating PDFs and finding information. The company wanted an HTML5-based support experience with top navigation, responsive design, and content that could be customized for different user groups.
Using MadCap Software’s MadCap Flare, along with MadCap Analyzer and MadCap Capture, cleverbridge built a Client Support Center with single-source publishing, snippets, CSS customization, and improved search. The new site supports six audience-specific outputs, makes documentation updates faster, and helped move users away from PDF-based help; cleverbridge said that so far no one has asked for PDFs.
