A M-Files Case Study
Van Rhijn Bouw is a family-owned construction firm in Katwijk and Nieuw Vennep, Netherlands, with about 80 employees. The company struggled with information chaos—projects can involve some 15,000 documents—and relied on network drives that made sharing, version control and regulatory compliance difficult across many stakeholders and subcontractors.
Together with partner PCI Nederland they implemented M-Files, using metadata-driven vaults, organized document classification, automated workflows, site-access screens and QR-linked drawings, and a buyer portal in development. The result is faster information retrieval, reliable version control, automated approval and procurement processes, improved compliance and transparency, and measurable efficiency and control across projects.
