Tampere Adult Education Centre (TAKK), a Finnish education provider serving about 15,000 students with more than 300 staff, faced "content chaos": documents scattered across multiple network drives, multiple conflicting versions, and staff unable to find or verify the most current files, which made routine work slow and error-prone.
