With partner GeONE, Lucas Onderwijs implemented the metadata-driven M‑Files ECM, integrating it with existing systems and designing processes with key users (starting in Facility Management). M‑Files lets the institute link a single document to multiple cases, improves search and sharing, and simplifies workflows; the rollout has been smooth, with Facility Management, IT and HR operational and other departments scheduled, resulting in faster, more precise access to up-to-date information.
