Natsure is a specialist short-term insurance provider in Southern Africa that, ahead of its 50th anniversary, faced critical document-management risk from an outdated file server that took three days to back up and relied on highly manual, time-consuming processes across multiple divisions and partners. The company needed to reduce duplication, improve agility for a 24/7 industry and modernize workflows to support growth and digital transformation.

Working with partner Deltalink Consulting, Natsure implemented the M-Files metadata-driven platform (integrated with its Kit policy system), building 17 custom workflows to digitize leave, travel, supplier invoices, policy endorsements and aviation quote processes. The result: document risk dropped from critical to low, staff productivity and transparency improved, more than $100,000 saved in annual salary costs from absorbed roles, over $100,000 in hardware savings projected, and significant operational efficiencies and ROI across the business.
