Duret Immobilier is a family-owned French property developer, builder and manager operating across five regional sites, generating roughly 10,000 active documents a year from multiple simultaneous projects and dozens of suppliers. By 2009 its IT relied on fragmented Windows folders, paper archives and inconsistent local digitization, making access to client, supplier and project information slow, inefficient and hard to control.
