DEMGY is an international plastics and composites group (Multiplasturgy®) that designs lightweight, sustainable parts for automotive, aerospace, medical and sports industries. As it grew to manage some 36,000 references and produce 5,000–6,000 active parts a year, document chaos across CEGID PMI, SharePoint, OneDrive and local PCs—plus paper manufacturing files—made harmonized procedures, quality control and preservation of know‑how untenable, with some files taking up to 24 hours to locate.
