Huel faced a data-quality problem: important scanned feedback and documents were low-resolution and blurred, making reliable transcription and insight extraction difficult. To address this, Huel worked with Lumoa and considered Lumoa’s text-cleaning and analysis capabilities to either perform a best-effort OCR cleanup (with uncertain areas flagged) or request higher-resolution originals for a fully accurate transcription.
Lumoa implemented a cleaned-up transcription workflow that identified and flagged uncertain text, recommended higher-quality scans for verbatim recovery, and applied its analysis tools to surface usable insights from the recoverable content. As a result, Huel gained clearer, actionable feedback more quickly, reduced manual cleanup time, and established a repeatable process with Lumoa for higher-accuracy transcriptions and faster analysis going forward.
