Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is a luxury-hotel assessment firm that provides audits, benchmarking, learning programs, and AI-powered insights to help brands improve guest service. It faced the challenge of extracting reliable intelligence from large volumes of unstructured, multilingual text (surveys, social reviews, support tickets, audits) across varied channels—data that traditional analytics and existing ML tools couldn’t accurately or quickly parse without significant data-science effort.
LQA implemented Luminoso Daylight on AWS, using NLP and semantic networks to ingest diverse feedback, learn industry-specific vocabulary, and surface themes, trends, emotions, and key differences in minutes. The solution required far less data and no manual tuning, enabling automated theme extraction, issue detection, trend tracking, and multilingual analysis; as a result LQA and its clients can prioritize resources faster, improve guest satisfaction, and generate measurable business impact.
