Lumeon worked with a Leading Multi-Billion Dollar Healthcare Company — a global provider with 84,000 staff across 190 countries — to digitize the patient experience and improve automated follow‑up. The customer’s challenge was to standardize processes and optimize scheduling, clinical reporting, follow‑up and billing, which Lumeon addressed using its CPM (Care Pathway Management) platform.

Using Lumeon’s Care Pathway Management platform, the provider built digital automation programs and a custom portal that handle booking, online forms, reminders, automated lab reporting, patient dashboards and algorithmic patient profiling for upsells. Post‑assessment workflows automatically check in via app, email, web or call lists and triage patients into high‑ or low‑frequency follow‑up, enabling Lumeon to standardize follow‑up procedures and focus human intervention on patients most likely to be at risk.
