They partnered with Luma Health to automate manual tasks—using automated referral outreach, smart waitlist offers, SMS reminders and feedback collection—to fill schedules and improve the patient experience.

Luma Health implemented automated welcome texts to referred patients, waitlist offers, SMS-based cancellations/rescheduling, and post-visit feedback requests. The results: 50% more referred patients booked, Net Promoter Score at 96.99% (~97%), no-show rate cut from 2.25% to 0.52%, more than 30% feedback response, and over 36% of waitlist patients opting for earlier appointments.
