Luma Health implemented automated welcome texts to referred patients, waitlist offers, SMS-based cancellations/rescheduling, and post-visit feedback requests. The results: 50% more referred patients booked, Net Promoter Score at 96.99% (~97%), no-show rate cut from 2.25% to 0.52%, more than 30% feedback response, and over 36% of waitlist patients opting for earlier appointments.
