Luma Health deployed HIPAA-compliant two-way text messaging, automated appointment scheduling and a Smart Waitlist to streamline outreach; partnering with Luma Health, Salud achieved a 74% patient response rate to messages, scheduled 1,556 additional appointments in one month via attribution messaging, and gained 33 additional appointments per month through the Smart Waitlist.
