Luma Health implemented self-scheduling, Smart Waitlist, automated text reminders, and patient feedback requests integrated with NextGen; in two months patients booked 5,000+ family medicine and pediatric visits, more than half of patients confirmed via text (saving an estimated 6,000 staff hours in manual calls), and practices achieved their goal of at least a 4.5 average in online review scores.
