TV 2 DANMARK A/S, Denmark’s largest TV channel family with over 1,000 employees across offices and remote locations, struggled to run quarterly incremental planning and cross-team workshops using physical whiteboards, sticky notes and yarn. Distributed teams and the sudden shift to remote work made coordinating dependencies, updating plans, and sharing architecture and process knowledge slow and error-prone.

By adopting Lucidchart and Lucidspark, TV 2 created a reusable dependency-board template, moved planning to virtual bi-weekly sessions, and used flow diagrams and process maps (stored in Confluence) to share living documentation across teams. The result: consistent, real-time planning that works remotely, more effective workshops and retrospectives, faster knowledge sharing, reduced post-meeting digitization, and simpler admin and license management.
