Pearson, a global learning and publishing company with about 48,000 employees, shifted from physical products to digital education and needed a secure, cloud-based productivity suite that supported remote collaboration, diagramming, and knowledge capture to attract talent and improve internal communication.

Lucidchart was added to Pearson’s myCloud/G Suite environment and quickly gained organic adoption for network diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps. The tool sped up collaboration, improved clarity and retention (notably sales teams’ product understanding through mind maps), and became a domain-wide platform for creating, sharing, and publishing key business diagrams.
