Lucidchart helped Informatica auto-generate AWS diagrams, clearly show traffic flow and system dependencies, and keep documentation tied to Jira and Confluence for easier handoffs and collaboration. As a result, Informatica can recover from outages in as little as 15 minutes, speed troubleshooting during incidents, and use the same architecture diagrams as evidence for FedRAMP and other compliance requirements.
