ClientTrack Increases Productivity with Lucidchart and Google Apps

ClientTrack is a North American software company (founded in 1998) that provides database solutions to roughly 1,300 health and human services clients and employs about 50 people. As the company grew, sharing documents, diagrams, and project artifacts across teams and with clients became slow and cumbersome, and they lacked enough Microsoft Visio licenses for effective diagramming — so they needed a modern, inexpensive collaboration solution.

ClientTrack replaced Visio by integrating G Suite and Lucidchart across their domain, using Google Docs, Drive, and Hangouts together with Lucidchart’s web-based diagramming (including live Hangouts collaboration). Within a year dozens of employees were onboarded, collaboration and QA workflows sped up, document sharing became simpler, and team- and client-facing communications were more efficient and cost-effective.
