AMAG adopted Google Cloud alongside Lucidchart and Smartsheet to replace paper and point solutions: Lucidchart became the visual hub for mapping processes, linking budgets and plans, and creating a single source of truth for projects and M&A integrations. The change turned static artifacts into living, shareable documents, improved cross-team alignment and decision-making, and cut go-to-market time by as much as two-thirds—accelerating launches and improving the company’s ability to deliver treatments to patients.
