ALLYDVM provides software and advisory services that help veterinary practices manage operations and client communications. As a small startup fresh off a Harvard MVP win, the company needed to clarify internal processes and protocols, build long-term strategic relationships with major industry players, and clearly communicate plans and updates for a new pet-owner app — all within their existing G Suite workflow.

ALLYDVM adopted Lucidchart, integrated with G Suite, to map org charts and operational workflows and to build interactive wireframes for product development. This made collaboration and feedback with partners simple, supported their selection as the preferred client-communication provider for an invitation-only group of over 700 leading hospitals, and helped deliver a user-friendly app that manages appointment reminders (text, email, postcard) and lets pet owners view records, schedule visits, and request refills.
