Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), one of Singapore’s largest media organisations with about 17 million monthly users across its digital properties, needed to drive brand awareness and attract customers for a Southeast Asian hotel-resort and theme-park client by showcasing gourmet restaurants and events across SPH’s inventory. The challenge was to leverage 1st- and 3rd-party data to maximize marketing outcomes on SPH’s own digital channels.
Using Lotame’s DMP and Data Exchange, SPH unified 1st‑party data from its 52 owned properties with 3rd‑party data, created interest, demographic and intent segments (e.g., Food Lovers, C‑Suite, High Net Worth), and served targeted display and leaderboard ads. With Lotame Insights and look-alike audiences for optimization, the campaign drove a 10% increase in monthly digital revenue, a 30% higher CTR (0.6%), and generated over 90% of the campaign’s clicks, creating a new revenue stream for SPH.
