How Vitality’s returns sales channel revenue doubled with the help of Avex and Loop

Vitality, a Denver-based athleisure brand, faced the challenge of standing out in a competitive market and improving revenue retention, particularly from its product returns. To address this, they partnered with the return management solution Loop and their ecommerce development agency, Avex.

With the help of Loop, Vitality implemented several strategies to retain revenue from returns. These included charging a handling fee for cash refunds, offering instant exchanges, and providing store credit to encourage new purchases. As a result, Vitality doubled its retained revenue within the returns sales channel since switching to Loop in January 2021.
