Tortuga, an apparel brand known for travel backpacks, was spending too much time on a manual returns process that required customers to contact support to initiate returns. Loop Returns streamlined Tortuga’s self-service returns and exchange experience, including Instant Exchange, freeing CX agents to focus on higher-value support. Loop’s Insights data helped Tortuga identify product gaps and inform the development of a new Travel Backpack Lite, while also improving inventory planning and reducing the need for extra SKUs, costs, and avoidable returns.
