BullyBillows, a UK pet brand known for dog harnesses, collars, leashes, and accessories, needed a better way to manage returns as it prepared for peak season. Its previous returns solution had poor Shopify Plus integration, required a lot of manual CX work, and made errors more likely, while also limiting opportunities to drive exchanges and retain revenue. Loop Returns was brought in to improve the customer experience and simplify the returns journey.

Using Loop Returns’ Shopify-native returns portal and workflows, BullyBillows automated its returns process and made it easier for shoppers to choose exchanges or store credit instead of refunds. The results were strong: the brand retained £200K in revenue over 12 months, saved £20,655 in CX operating costs, eliminated about 1,786 hours of manual work, and drove 30% of returns to exchanges and 13% to store credit.
