The platform delivered richer hardware and performance data, pre‑set thresholds and automated alerts, and flexible dashboards, enabling faster onboarding, quicker issue resolution (for example, identifying a long CPU queue in a remote desktop environment), monitoring of ~1,000 devices, and reduced operational overhead.
