HID Global, a global leader in secure identity and access solutions, moved much of its infrastructure to AWS and adopted container-based deployments to accelerate product delivery. As the company scaled to monitor thousands of cloud resources and devices, it lacked sufficient visibility into Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications—Prometheus and Grafana delivered limited progress—making it difficult to ensure performance and availability for customer security solutions.
