Franke gains single pane visibility of their 95% virtualized environment with LogicMonitor

Franke, a global manufacturing leader for kitchen, foodservice and coffee solutions, relied on an IT Infrastructure team to support about 50 sites and a largely virtualized estate (95% virtualized: ~1,300 VMs, 100 ESXi hosts, 2,000 network devices plus Azure and SaaS). Their legacy monitoring—four separate Nagios XI instances—created silos, heavy manual maintenance, context switching, visibility gaps and rising operational cost concerns, limiting proactivity and automation.

Franke migrated to LogicMonitor’s agentless platform, using Active Discovery, ServiceNow and SSO integrations and automatic collector assignment (with local implementation support from amasol), to create a single-pane view and automate onboarding and device monitoring. The result: consolidated visibility across regions, fewer blind spots, faster proactive response, eliminated manual configuration work, improved dashboards/reporting and freed the team to focus on strategic projects while boosting internal adoption.
