Involta, a 250‑employee managed service provider supporting colocation, cloud, cybersecurity and network services, grew rapidly through hires and acquisitions, which left its environment fragmented and hard to manage. The company was juggling multiple monitoring and management tools across on‑premises, private and public cloud environments and needed a single, comprehensive solution to standardize monitoring across thousands of devices and distributed customer sites.
