Computer Solutions Powers Superior Managed Services with LogicMonitor

Computer Solutions, a San Antonio–based managed service provider with more than 30 years’ experience, needed timely, accurate visibility into its Cisco-based infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability for customers. Its legacy monitoring tool was hard to scale and left the firm vulnerable to outages as it approached contract end, so the team sought a more resilient, scalable solution.

They implemented the LogicMonitor platform, gaining automated, granular monitoring across switches, routers, firewalls, VMware and storage from a single pane of glass, with integration to ConnectWise for alerting and ticketing. The platform scaled rapidly—from 600 devices in 2016 to more than 1,300 devices and 72 websites—letting Computer Solutions target customers three to six times larger (up to ~600 employees), improve response times, and position the business to add AIOps capabilities.
