Virgin Hotels Chicago partnered with Local Measure to capture missed guest conversations and strengthen its food & beverage strategy. Using Local Measure’s reporting, alerts and customised UGC tools, the hotel sought to identify influencers, respond faster to guests, and turn social feedback into actionable insights to drive venue visits and repeat business.

Local Measure implemented customised UGC galleries and real‑time alerts to track events and surface influential guests. The four F&B galleries generated 71,950 unique pageviews in four months with 13,521 interactions and a 20% UGC engagement rate, staff achieved a 37.2% response rate to patrons, 148 influencers (20k+ followers) were sourced, and the program drove a 3M+ average monthly follower reach and a 98% average monthly increase in followers by interaction over five months.
