Realeflow integrated Lob into its Direct Mail Engine—building a direct mail wizard, creative templates, bulk uploads, and tracking (including Twilio-based tracking numbers)—to enable targeting, A/B testing, and delivery visibility. Using Lob, Realeflow saw a >300% increase in campaigns created and a >200% increase in unique accounts using the tool in the first 30 days, lowered direct mail costs to pass savings to customers, and achieved better-targeted mailings with higher callback rates.
