Carewell Uses Lob Address Verification API to Build Customer Loyalty and Cut Costs

Carewell, an online retailer of healthcare products that supports caregivers, struggled with returned and delayed shipments caused by undeliverable or incomplete addresses, which raised shipping costs and hurt customer trust. To solve this, they turned to Lob, implementing Lob’s Address Verification API (and later using Lob’s Print & Mail API for customer communications).
