Refresher is one of Slovakia’s most-visited websites for lifestyle, fashion, music and millennial trends, recently expanded to the Czech Republic. With dozens of editors and teams covering content, marketing and sales, their shared email workflow became chaotic and unmanageable, creating delays and inefficiencies in both community and advertiser communication.
In early 2015 Refresher implemented LiveAgent to centralize and automate ticket handling, routing messages to the right people and filtering business-critical inquiries. The platform cut their support headcount from 14 to 5, enabled the team to handle over 1,700 tickets per month, sped up advertiser responses, and contributed to significant revenue growth through faster, cleaner communication.
