Lionbridge, a Fortune 100 multinational food processing company, needed to unify disparate IT systems and standardize processes through a global SAP rollout. The company engaged Lionbridge for SAP translation services, using the Lionbridge Language Cloud to translate internal communications and training materials across more than 50 languages to meet a tight rollout timeline.

Lionbridge implemented its SAP translation process and Language Cloud portal, onboarding hundreds of project owners and reviewers, flagging and remediating terminology and TM inconsistencies, and providing status trackers, training, and daily support. As a result, Lionbridge translated 7 million words into 51 languages, expanded the customer’s glossary and DNT list, completed translations within six months to meet release dates, streamlined reviews, and secured follow‑on SAP work for 2024–2025.
