Global Biopharma Company, a U.K.-headquartered global biopharma focused on infectious diseases and oncology, needed accurate, scalable translations for Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) labels. Lionbridge delivered XML and Excel files with color‑coded placeholders for variables, inserted Unicode control characters and a script to replace problematic Hebrew characters, provided line‑break options for Asian translations, and integrated deliverables through Lionbridge Language Cloud. Those measures produced measurable impact: 99.3% of projects delivered on time, 50% faster turnaround than the initial agreement, 19.8% of projects delivered early, a 99.85% error‑free rate, and support across 36 target languages (678 phrases translated in 2022), enabling faster, more accurate clinical labeling for trials.
