Global Hyperscale Technology Company, an American technology firm with a 40+ year history, needed to expand beyond professional designers and win non-professional users by growing its library of ready-made, personalized creative templates—especially for culturally relevant holidays and festivals in India—while working within tight budgets and limited cultural knowledge. The company engaged Lionbridge for cultural strategy, cultural consultancy and design expertise, tapping Lionbridge’s community of language and culture experts and creative services to make templates accessible and appealing to lay users in the customer’s multi-tool environment (including AI-powered text-to-image tools).
Lionbridge delivered a three-phase program—research, a 150-deliverable proof of concept, and full production—using teams of graphic designers, copywriters, creative strategists and community cultural experts to guide design decisions. Lionbridge now produces approximately 500 unique creative concepts monthly, meeting volume and budget goals and improving user engagement and conversion rates; the engagement also demonstrated vendor consolidation benefits and is expanding to Brazil and Japan.
