Cisco’s Voice of a Partner (VoP) team needed to gather accurate, global partner feedback but faced challenges localizing survey questions and translating inconsistent, jargon-filled responses. To support both survey authors and respondents across multiple markets, Cisco engaged Lionbridge to localize annual surveys and translate quarterly partner responses into target languages.
Lionbridge deployed linguists familiar with Cisco terminology, maintained translation memories and language tags, and streamlined workflows through close collaboration with Cisco’s Sales Operations and GTS teams. The result: Lionbridge processed 700,000 words into 12 languages with 100% on-time delivery, enabling Cisco to collect accurate partner feedback and strengthen partner relationships.
