A Lionbridge Case Study
The American-Based Multinational Conglomerate operated roughly 1,200 distinct websites with uneven brand compliance and user experience, and needed to reengineer its global presence to streamline, standardize, and localize while preserving local relevancy. The company engaged Lionbridge (in collaboration with Adobe) to deliver CMS integration and a “minimum digital infrastructure” approach to align sites with the corporate brand.
Lionbridge implemented a scalable core CMS structure and embedded translation/localization into the content workflow, enabling centrally managed country sites, content repurposing, and in-country SEO. The results include 27 in‑brand country sites launched in the first seven months and 48 sites live to date, reduced errors and turnaround times, faster time‑to‑market, cost savings, and actionable real‑time data across markets.
