Multinational Life Sciences Company engaged Lionbridge to support eCOA migration and US English-to-US Spanish translation for a Phase 2 atopic dermatitis study. As a pilot project, it included questionnaires, training materials and menu screens and exposed platform-related issues and several traditionally customer-owned migration steps that risked delays and created a high administrative burden.

Lionbridge gained access to the customer’s proprietary platform and implemented a new integrated workflow—taking on platform updates, testing, screenshot review, import/export, migration mapping and QA—so the customer had minimal touchpoints. The new Lionbridge workflow delivered translations early, reduced administrative overhead and cut overall project time by 33%, with the process documented for future reuse.
