Baumer boosts outreach efforts and welcomes more sales leads with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Baumer, a Frauenfeld, Switzerland–based industrial automation company (1,001–5,000 employees), needed to modernize its traditional sales-driven model by integrating social media across its global sales and marketing teams. With a broad product portfolio and teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, Baumer needed a more efficient way to find and qualify leads—an urgency amplified by the pandemic’s shift to virtual selling.

Baumer adopted LinkedIn Sales Navigator, using account and lead searches, InMail outreach, local campaigns, webinars and regular team training to drive outreach and cross-team collaboration. The initiative generated strong engagement—about 59,809 total connections and 11,267 saved leads to date—improved sales and marketing performance, and led Baumer to extend its Sales Navigator contract for future campaigns.
