Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, faced the challenge of turning its presence at the Hannover Messe trade show into a sustained customer journey. The company needed to reach a complex buying committee (OEMs and senior industrial automation managers), increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads beyond on-stand interactions.

Schneider deployed a three-stage LinkedIn strategy—before, during and after the event—using Sponsored Content and Message Ads to drive registrations, live stand updates and a show-specific white paper to capture interest, and follow-up Message Ads with IoT content plus LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to convert engagement into leads. The campaign exceeded targets for event registrations and lead generation and produced significant gains in brand awareness while keeping Schneider’s presence strong at a key industry moment.
