ESSCA ran a LinkedIn campaign (late October–early December) targeting members with a bachelor’s degree and ≥3 years’ experience using Sponsored Content and a personalized Sponsored InMail from the program director, optimizing toward top-performing creative (including an L’Oréal testimonial). The effort drove a marked increase in enquiries, a 66% InMail open rate (3.5% CTR), Sponsored Content CTR of 0.47% (0.54% engagement) and produced €52,000 in pipeline value from prospects who first engaged on LinkedIn.
